At Ann's Raspberry Farm we grow only premium quality vegetables and fruits chosen for their fine taste and texture. Every selection is handcrafted in small batches. Our masterful blends of contemporary ingredients and traditional taste create a memorable, refined, selection of delicious, award winning products.
Ordering is easy online 24/7 or by telephone Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 8 PM. Please call (740) 694-1935. We accept PayPal and credit card purchases. An email confirmation of your order and shipment are sent to your email, if provided with your order. Most orders ship within 48 hours. It is our priority to handle your order confidentially, make the process quick and efficient, and to get your order to you promtly.
You get free shipping with your order of six jars or more (mix or match), but you need to put in the code on the shop page! Your order will be shipped USPS Flat Rate. We only ship within the contiguous United States at this time. Most orders ship within 48 hours and arrive within 3 to 5 days. There is no fee to include a beautiful handmade card with your message written inside. Your gift is personal. We make sure that your personal touch is included with your gift every time. Just add your special message to the note section of your order and we will take care of the rest. Thank you for choosing Ann's Raspberry Farm.
Please provide your information in the "billing" section of your order. Use the "ship to" section to provide the address for the who and where your special gift will be sent. Please place a new order for each "ship to" address. We will do the rest for you.
We do our best to ship your selections safetly and promptly. However, in the rare event of shipping damage, we will ship and replace the product, at no cost to you, or credit the damaged item in full minus shipping costs. Please note that our quantities are limited each season and we may be out of stock on the original product. If this happens, you may choose another product as your free replacement or receive a gift certificate for your original product to be shipped to you at the start of the next season's availability. Your satisfaction is our priority. We are happy to work with you.
Please note that sending a picture of your damaged item (email@example.com) is always helpful in our management of shipping issues with our providers as well as confirmation for shipping insurance purposes. We appreciate your cooperation in the unlikely event of a damaged shipment.
