Prepare a pound of vegetables, of your choice, by washing and cutting into bite size pieces. (We like Brussels sprouts - washed and halved!) Heat oil in a frying pan and add the vegetables. Saute until a they bit toasted, but still firm. Quickly, add 2 Tbsp of Hot Pepper Jelly and 2 Tbsp of Soy Sauce stirring to coat. Then, sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste and add 1/2 tsp of garlic powder and sesame seeds (optional). Heat through and serve.

We often add chicken and serve with rice.


1 pound vegetables

2 Tbsp Hot Pepper Jelly

2 Tbsp Soy Sauce

1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

1 Tbsp Sesame Seed (Optional)

Salt and Pepper to taste
